🏗️ Ukraine secures €251 million for housing recovery programs

Ukraine says it has secured more than €251 million to expand housing programs following the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2026. According to the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine, the funding is intended to support housing-related recovery needs, including reconstruction and replacement stock.

The ministry announced the package on 2026-06-26. A World Bank update in February 2026 said housing remains one of Ukraine’s largest recovery needs, with 14% of housing damaged or destroyed and long-term housing needs estimated at almost $90 billion (€77 billion).
