Baltic Classifieds Group has acquired Latvian real-estate data platform Cenubanka.lv. The company said the purchase strengthens its data capabilities in Latvia and complements its existing property classifieds offering.

The acquisition was disclosed in Baltic Classifieds Group’s full-year results materials, which state that the group’s subsidiary SIA City24 acquired Cenubanka.lv portal and customer relationships on 30 June 2026. The company said Cenubanka.lv is a Latvian real-estate data and market analysis platform that aggregates property transaction, listing and other market data.
