This Policy applies to GREM, GREM affiliates and their employees and applies to all processing of personal data relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. This Policy does not apply to anonymous or encrypted personal data.

The processing of personal data is only permitted on the following legal grounds. One of these legal bases is also required when changing the original purpose of the processing of personal data.
Processing related to the contractual relationship:

The transfer of personal data to GREM recipients, both domestically and internationally, is carried out in accordance with official requirements and certain purposes. Personal data transferred to a recipient outside the European Economic Area (EEA) is subject to protection equivalent to that provided by the Data Protection Regulation.
