This Policy applies to GREM, GREM affiliates and their employees and applies to all processing of personal data relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. This Policy does not apply to anonymous or encrypted personal data.

This Policy has been drafted in accordance with EU Directives and data privacy laws in every jurisdiction where GREM operates. Relevant national laws take precedence in the event of a conflict between them and this Policy, or in cases where these laws establish more stringent requirements. The processing of personal data is only permitted on the following legal grounds. One of these legal bases is also required when changing the original purpose of the processing of personal data.


Processing related to the contractual relationship:


Customer personal data may be processed for the conclusion, performance or termination of a contract.

Personal data may be processed for advertising purposes or for market and public opinion research, provided that it is consistent with the purpose for which the data was originally collected. Providing data for this purpose is voluntary and data subjects have an absolute right to such processing.

Personal data transferred to a recipient outside the European Economic Area (EEA) is subject to protection equivalent to that provided by the Data Protection Regulation. Intragroup transfers of personal data to third countries are governed by the General Regulations and the guarantees provided for by the GREM corporate rules.
