This Policy applies to GREM, GREM affiliates and their employees and applies to all processing of personal data relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. This Policy does not apply to anonymous or encrypted personal data.

Processing related to the contractual relationship:

The transfer of personal data to GREM recipients, both domestically and internationally, is carried out in accordance with official requirements and certain purposes. Personal data transferred to a recipient outside the European Economic Area (EEA) is subject to protection equivalent to that provided by the Data Protection Regulation. Intragroup transfers of personal data to third countries are governed by the General Regulations and the guarantees provided for by the GREM corporate rules.
