suspension of legal immigration to the United States, CNN reports.
In his
tweet, president spoke about banning immigration as a way to combat the spread
of coronavirus. In an expanded statement made during a briefing at the White
House on Tuesday, he made clear that restrictions refer to a green card and
does not apply to seasonal workers.
The
American president emphasized that this decision is being introduced
specifically to protect the labor market. He expects that this will help
unemployed Americans become the first in line for work and not be replaced by
new immigrants who came from abroad. But keep your hair on as this effect will
be temporary for 60 days. This means that those planning to immigrate to the
United States will be able to do this later in the future.
This hardly
can influence the American RE market, unless there can be a slight surge in the
