It’s not only about cars: Aston Martin presents skyscraper in Miami
Everybody
likes to ride fancy cars and many of you know major car makers, that use
different tricks to draw customers to their orbit.
A
well-known luxury car brand decided to take a different path and laid the
foundation for the construction of a sprawling 66-storey building in downtown
Miami, the tallest residential building south of New York. Price ranges from
600 thousand to 50 million dollars.
There will
be penthouses with private pools on seven upper floors of the building. The
final flourish – an apartment of almost 1900 square meters with one of 25
Aston Martin Vulcan cars as a gift.
Among the
services offered are a butler, a chef, a fitness center, an art gallery, a spa
and a hairdresser, children's playrooms, two cinemas, an infinity pool, a
lounge and a private marina.
Construction
completion is scheduled for 2022. A half of 391 apartments on Biscay Boulevard
have already been sold.
