Quality of Nationality Index (QNI). QNI includes a variety of factors among
which are: he scale of the economy, the development of cooperation in society,
public order and stability, etc.
France
holds first place in QNI ranking for eight years in a row. The country scored
83.5% of the possible 100%, outrunning Germany and the Netherlands, which took
second position with 82.8%. France gained superiority over the others due to
its former colonies and a greater number of countries in which its citizens are
free to settle.

position with a score of 44.3%). UAE reached 42nd place - the country's best
position for all time.
Somalia - 13.8%, 159th place, Afghanistan -
15.4%, 158th place and South Sudan - 15.9%, 157th place act as underdogs of the
rating.
