A new flagship of business-centers in Israel to be constructed.
The time-honoured Azrieli Center, the construction of which was
completed between 1998 and 2007, will not be the highest complex in the heart
of Tel-Aviv anymore. It is not surprising that for the current moment the main financial
hub of Israel becomes an increasingly desirable place for foreign homebuyers
and investors. It strongly needs brand new approaches and ideas in real estate
construction.
Reportedly, there will appear the “spiral” tower with a height of 91
floors, which will be the highest one in Israel. The cost of the project is
estimated at $ 670 million. It will have 150,000 square meters of commercial,
office and residential premises, and will have the same space inside as the other
three towers of Azrieli Center combined together. These towers have 50 floors
and 50,000 square meters of internal space each.
The main advantage of the "spiral" tower is in residential
apartments of 27,000 square meters in total. There will also be 65,000 sq.m. of
office space, 15,000 sq.m. of hotel rooms, 15,000 sq.m. of commercial space and
1,150 underground parking spaces. At the top of the tower a garden and a top
end restaurant will be locatedю
At a ground level, 13,000 square meters of additional space will be
built to connect the spiral tower and three old towers of Azrieli Center. The
main entrance to the light railway station on Begin Street will be through the
new expanded shopping center, which, according to the developer, will increase
pedestrian traffic to more than 100,000 people daily.
The project is planned to be completed within six to seven years.
