We may also collect your personal information through our related entities, our service providers and third parties so that we can provide you with a better or more relevant service or product.
2.2. WHAT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION DOES THE COMPANY COLLECT?(a) AUTOMATIC COLLECTION. Our servers automatically recognize visitors' domain names and IP addresses (a number assigned to computers on the Internet). No personal information about you is revealed in this process. The web application may also collect anonymous aggregated "traffic data" that does not personally identify you, but this may be useful for marketing purposes or to improve the services we offer.
(b) COOKING. We may use "cookies" to store a small piece of data on your computer during your visit to collect information. Cookies are used to obtain information about how you use the Internet, which we try to include on the site in order to improve your experience.
- Sie sich in der App oder auf der Website anmelden und Ihre Nummer mit einem per SMS gesendeten Code bestätigen können, auch im Bereich Swipe Match. Haben Sie noch kein GREM-Konto, legen wir es bei der ersten Bestätigung Ihrer Nummer an;
- der Makler, der Ihre Anfrage angenommen hat, Sie kontaktieren kann. Wer Ihre Nummer wann erhält, steht in Abschnitt 3.2;
- Sie eine auf der Website hinterlassene Anfrage bestätigen können: auf der Seite zur Bestätigung der Anfrage und im Formular „Wir finden ein Zuhause für Sie“;
2.4. WELCHE DATEN UNSERE APPS UND WEBSITES VERARBEITENUnsere Apps und Websites verarbeiten folgende Daten:
- Name und E-Mail-Adresse – für Ihr Konto und um Sie zu kontaktieren;
- Telefonnummer – für die Zwecke aus Abschnitt 2.3;
- Objektfotos und Ihr Profilfoto, die Sie hochladen oder in der App mit der Kamera aufnehmen;
- Nachrichten in Chats, auch Sprach- und Videonachrichten. Anrufe über die App werden nicht aufgezeichnet: Wir speichern nur Zeitpunkt und Dauer;
- ungefährer Standort – Land und Stadt, die wir anhand Ihrer IP-Adresse mit einer eigenen Datenbank auf unserem Server ermitteln (Ihre IP-Adresse wird dafür nirgendwohin übermittelt), um Ihnen Objekte in Ihrer Region zu zeigen und Anmeldungen bei Ihrem Konto zu schützen.;
- der Standort des Telefons eines Maklers – nur wenn der Makler in Swipe Match ein Treffen mit einem Kunden selbst als „vor Ort“ stattgefunden markiert und dem zustimmt. Die App fragt den Standortzugriff nur während der Nutzung an, nie im Hintergrund, und ermittelt den Standort einmal. Unser Server vergleicht ihn mit dem Kartenpunkt des Objekts und verwirft ihn sofort: Gespeichert wird nur, ob der Makler höchstens 300 m vom Objekt entfernt war, und der Zeitpunkt der Markierung. Die Koordinaten werden nicht gespeichert und dem Kunden nicht angezeigt. Meldet das Telefon einen simulierten Standort, prüft ein Moderator die Markierung. In allen anderen Fällen fragt die App den genauen Standort Ihres Geräts nicht ab;
- Gerätedaten: ein Token für Push-Benachrichtigungen (Firebase Cloud Messaging), eine zufällige Kennung der App-Installation, die App-Version und die Plattform – um Benachrichtigungen zu senden und den Betrieb der App zu gewährleisten;
- Absturzberichte und Diagnosedaten – um Fehler zu finden und zu beheben: in der App über Firebase Crashlytics (ein Bericht ist nur mit der internen Kennung Ihres Kontos und der App-Sprache verknüpft; E-Mail-Adressen und Telefonnummern werden in den Protokollen der App unkenntlich gemacht), auf dem Server über Sentry;
- Nutzungsstatistiken: in der App über Firebase Analytics (Ereignisse sind mit der Kennung Ihres Kontos verknüpft; die Werbe-ID des Geräts erhält die App nicht; eine gesonderte Einwilligung zu dieser Statistik fragt die App nicht ab), auf den Websites über Google Analytics nach Ihrer Einwilligung in Cookies sowie über unsere eigene Besuchszählung anhand einer zufälligen Besucherkennung;
- welche Maklerkarten Sie in Swipe Match angesehen, geöffnet oder übersprungen haben. Diese Einträge werden ohne Ihre Kontaktdaten 180 Tage gespeichert;
